| How many years experience do you have and is inspecting your full time occupation? |
I have been a full time inspector since 1989 with over 9,000 inspections performed.

I perform and write all home inspections myself to avoid any misinterpretations. |

I routinely exceed 50 hours of CE per year. |

| Can I attend the inspection? |
Yes, I encourage you to attend and ask questions. |

| How long is the inspection? |
Three hours is the approximate amount of time needed for a thorough inspection. Allow more time for larger properties. |

| What type of report format is used? |
A clearly written narrative report that is photo documented will be sent to you in PDF format usually the following day. |

| Can I call with questions after the inspection? |
Yes, I am always available for questions not only after the inspection, but even after you move in. |

| Can you make repairs or improvement if defects are found? |
No. ASHI Ethics and PA state law forbid this practice. It is a clear conflict of interest. |

| How much will my inspection cost? |
Price is the least important factor when selecting an inspector…but it is a good indication of the inspector's experience and professionalism. A cheap inspector can cost you many, many times the amount you saved by “shopping around”.
